The I-1500 module is a freestanding island element of the KUKO kitchen system, designed for layouts where the kitchen becomes the center of the space. The body is made of stainless steel resistant to moisture, corrosion and mechanical loads, making the module a reliable solution for both indoor use and open terraces.
Three outer sides of the module are clad with HPL compact panels in a black matt Nero finish. The deep colour and crisp geometry create a neat, monolithic volume that looks equally impressive in the center of a barbecue area or as part of a larger outdoor kitchen. The rear side is made of stainless steel and oriented towards the technical zone, where functionality and ease of access are the priority.
The worktop is made of granite in labradorite stone, a durable natural material with a dark background and expressive mineral reflections. For the island format, the worktop depth is increased, providing a more generous working area for preparation, serving and placing accessories on both sides of the module.
The internal space of the I-1500 is divided into three sections with different functions:
-
The first section contains a single shelf positioned roughly in the middle of the height, splitting the volume into two convenient levels for storing tableware, cookware and accessories.
-
The middle section features a pull-out cargo-style storage system, ideal for bottles, sauces, oils, spices and frequently used small items. The pull-out design provides quick access and a clear organisation of the contents.
-
The third section is also equipped with a single shelf, creating another versatile two-level storage zone for tableware, textiles or grill accessories.
There is no sink in the I-1500 module, so the entire internal volume is dedicated to storage, while the worktop serves as a large, unobstructed working surface. Thanks to its island format and HPL cladding on three sides, the module can act as a central element of the composition, visually and functionally connecting the cooking area with the social space around it.
