Warranty

When is warranty service not provided?

Warranty service may be refused if:

  • the integrity of warranty seals or other security labels has been violated;
  • there is mechanical, thermal, chemical or other damage caused by the buyer or third parties;
  • the product was used in violation of the operating instructions;
  • unauthorized disassembly or repair was performed, or internal components were modified,
    including changes to the product’s construction or electrical circuits;
  • the warranty card is filled out incorrectly or lacks required information;
  • the product’s serial number or IMEI (on the device or in its memory) has been changed, removed, damaged,
    or cannot be identified.

Types of faults not covered by warranty

Warranty obligations do not apply if the fault is the result of:

  • normal wear and tear of parts and components, or complete exhaustion of their service life;
  • accidental damage caused by the customer, as well as careless handling
    (drops, impacts, liquid exposure, heavy dust contamination, foreign objects entering the device, etc.);
  • natural disasters or force majeure (lightning, floods, fires and other natural events);
  • power surges or drops in the electrical network, incorrect connection to the power supply, or lack of proper grounding;
  • using the product in an incorrect or faulty system, or improper connection to other devices and equipment;
  • using the product outside its intended purpose or in violation of the manufacturer’s recommendations
    and the conditions specified in the user manual.
