You can return a new, unused product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

You may return the product if:

• after inspection, the colour or size does not suit you;
• the product is not what you expected;
• the product does not match the description or photos;
• the product is of improper (defective) quality.

Important:
The product must retain its commercial (saleable) appearance. The following must be preserved:

• original packaging;
• sales receipt (or delivery note);
• where applicable — warranty card.

Custom and non-standard orders

Products made to individual order
(non-standard dimensions, configuration, colour, personalised engravings/inscriptions and other custom modifications)
cannot be returned or exchanged if:

• the product is of proper quality;
• the item matches the agreed specifications (drawings, mock-ups, measurements, description).

Return or exchange of a custom-made product is possible only in case of a defect
or a clear mismatch with the agreed characteristics (size, material, configuration, etc.).
