A refund is issued after we physically receive the item
and verify that it meets the return conditions.
Refund method
Funds are returned using the same payment method that was used for the purchase:
- if paid by bank card — the refund is issued to the same card;
- if paid in cash — the refund is issued in cash or to your bank account (as agreed);
- for bank transfer / invoice payment (individual entrepreneur or legal entity) — the refund is sent to the payer’s bank account.
Refund time frame
Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days
from the moment we receive the item and confirm the grounds for the return.
Refund amount
- For returns of products of proper quality, we refund only the product price without delivery cost.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. - For returns of products of improper quality (defect, manufacturing fault, or significant mismatch with the order),
we refund the full product price. In this case, return shipping costs are either
covered by us or reimbursed by agreement.
Custom-made orders
For products manufactured to individual order, a refund is possible
only if a defect is found or the product does not match the agreed specifications.
In all other cases, such items cannot be returned or exchanged.
