What documents are required to receive your order?

Cash payment from 5,000 ₴ to 29,999 ₴

When receiving an order paid in cash in the amount of from 5,000 ₴ to 29,999 ₴,
you must present your passport.

Cash payment over 30,000 ₴

According to the current legislation of Ukraine, for cash payments exceeding 30,000 ₴,
mandatory identification of the payer is required.

When receiving the order at the courier company’s branch:

  • verification is performed using your passport and tax identification number (TIN).

For courier delivery, you can confirm your identity in two ways:

  • complete identification via the DIIA mobile application (generate a temporary barcode to be scanned by the courier);
  • provide the courier with printed copies of passport pages 1–5 and 10–11, with the phrase “According to the original”, the current date, and your signature written on each page.

Payment by bank transfer (invoice)

For individuals:

  • a passport is required when receiving the order.

The order may be collected by the customer whose full name was indicated as the payer’s details when making the payment.

If the payment is made by another person, the payment reference must state:
“Payment for order №XXXXXXXXXX from [full name of the actual recipient]”.

For legal entities and private entrepreneurs:

  • the original letter of authorization (power of attorney) issued to the company’s representative;
  • the representative’s passport.

Without a letter of authorization, the goods may be collected by the company director, provided that:

  • the delivery notes are stamped with the company seal;
  • the director presents their passport.

Online card payment

An order paid online by bank card on the website may be collected by:

  • the person whose details were entered in the “Recipient” field when confirming the order.

When receiving the order, you may be asked to present a photo ID (passport or ID card).
