Order dispatch

• Orders are dispatched on the next business day after the payment is received.

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days from the moment of dispatch (depending on your region and Nova Poshta’s schedule).

Storage period

• Orders are stored at the branch for 7 calendar days.
• After this period, an additional storage fee may be charged according to Nova Poshta’s tariffs.

Payment options

• You can pay in cash or by bank card at the branch.
• Payment is also available via the Nova Poshta mobile application.

Notification of arrival

• When your order arrives at the branch, you will receive an SMS notification or a notification in the Nova Poshta mobile app.

Delivery cost

• The delivery cost is calculated after the order is placed and the parcel is packed.
• The final delivery amount will be communicated to the Buyer after the order is packed.

Partial order refusal

• It is not possible to refuse only part of the order. Any return applies to the order in full.
