Which products are eligible for warranty repair?

If a product fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect,
it is eligible for warranty repair or replacement with a new item
(depending on the service center’s decision and product availability).

To have your product accepted for warranty repair, the following conditions must be met:

  • warranty seals and other protective labels are intact;
  • the product has no mechanical, thermal, chemical or other external damage;
  • the product was used in accordance with the user manual and its intended purpose;
  • you did not attempt to repair the product yourself and did not modify its construction;
  • the warranty card is correctly filled in (if applicable to this product);
  • the serial number or IMEI of the product is preserved and readable (if applicable);
  • when sending portable devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) to the service center,
    you have removed all passwords, pattern locks and biometric protection, and, where possible,
    signed out of all user accounts.

Please note: some categories of products are accepted for warranty repair only if all related accessories and modules
included in the original package are provided (chargers, power adapters, batteries, modular units, etc.).
The exact conditions depend on the manufacturer’s and service center’s requirements.

Important: under current Ukrainian legislation, the store’s stamp on the warranty card is not mandatory
for obtaining service, provided that the purchase and warranty period can be confirmed
by other documents (receipt, invoice, delivery note, etc.).
