1. Pack the item

Place the new item without any signs of use in its original packaging.

If the product consists of several parts, you must return the complete set.
Make sure that nothing is missing and you return the product in the same configuration in which you received it.

If your order included a free gift, you must return the entire set (product plus gift).

Sending the receipt is not mandatory.

2. Fill in the return form

Fill in the paper return form.
You can find and download it via the link on our website. Place the completed form inside the parcel together with the item.

Important:

• clearly indicate the full name of the bank card holder in Ukrainian;
• make sure that you have filled in all required fields of the form.

3. Where to send the item

You can return the item:

• to the same Nova Poshta branch from which your parcel was originally shipped;
• or directly to the store (in person).

We can accept the return only if the item is in proper condition:

• the product must retain its commercial appearance;
• the original packaging must be preserved;
• a sales receipt (or delivery note) must be available;
• if applicable — a warranty card.

If the item is returned due to a mistake on the store’s side (wrong items in the order, poor quality, etc.),
the delivery cost will be reimbursed.
